THE MUSEUM DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 24 of 1992 399.609 Documentation establishing ownership. Sec.

9.A museum shall require a person to provide documentation sufficient to establish that the person is a lender of an item of property or the authorized representative of the lender of an item of property before allowing that person to remove the property from the museum under this act.
