MICHIGAN MUSEUM ACT (EXCERPT) Act 325 of 1990 399.507 Railroad history museum advisory board; powers and duties; conducting business at public meeting; writings. Sec. 207.
(1)The railroad history museum advisory board shall do all of the following:
(a)Advise the department as to the construction of and the policies, plans, acquisitions, and programs concerning the railroad history museum.
(b)Facilitate cooperation between the department and public and private entities interested in railroad history and the programs of the railroad history museum.
(c)Encourage donations of real and personal property to the department for purposes incidental to, or connected with, the railroad history museum, including artifacts, engines, and rolling stock associated with railroad history in Michigan. (d
