MICHIGAN MUSEUM ACT (EXCERPT) Act 325 of 1990 399.409 Maritime artifact conservation service; maritime museum trust fund. Sec.

109.The department may operate a maritime artifact conservation service at the maritime museum. If provided, the service may be made available to the general public and to state, federal, and local agencies. The department may charge a reasonable fee for this service, including a markup that is commensurate with industry practice. Money received for conservation services shall be credited to the maritime museum trust fund.
