MICHIGAN MUSEUM ACT (EXCERPT) Act 325 of 1990 399.403 Maritime corporation employees working at museum to become department employees. Sec. 103.
(1)At the time of transfer, employees of the maritime corporation working at the maritime museum on the effective date of this act shall become employees of the department in accordance with a plan prepared by the department and approved by the department of civil service. The plan shall relate to compensation, classification, status, probationary periods, seniority, longevity, annual and sick leave, group insurance coverages, retirement, and other terms and conditions of employment.
(2)The sum of not to exceed $25,000.00 is appropriated to the department from the general fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1991, and 2 full-time equate
