MICHIGAN VETERANS' VOCATIONAL SCHOOL AT PINE LAKE (EXCERPT) Act 111 of 1952 395.152 Gifts; acceptance, effect. Sec.

2.The state board of education is authorized to accept gifts, grants or devises of property, real, personal or mixed, for the benefit of the state technical institute and rehabilitation center, and it is further authorized and empowered to do any other act or acts necessary in the proper management of it: Provided, That the acceptance of such gifts, grants or devises of property does not obligate the state to continue these programs nor require state matching funds to make such programs operative.
