REHABILITATION ACT OF 1964 (EXCERPT) Act 232 of 1964 395.84 State board of education; services to disabled individuals; cooperation with other agencies; collection of fees; report. Sec. 4.

(1)The state board shall provide vocational rehabilitation services to disabled individuals determined eligible pursuant to rules promulgated by the state board. The board may cooperate with other public and private departments, agencies, and institutions to provide for the vocational rehabilitation of disabled individuals, to study the problems involved therein, and may establish, develop, and provide any programs, facilities, and services as may be necessary.
