MAPLE SYRUP (EXCERPT) Act 280 of 1996 289.534 Injunctive relief. Sec.

4.In addition to the penalties otherwise provided in this act, the department of agriculture may apply to circuit court for injunctive relief restraining any person from violating this act, irrespective of whether an adequate remedy at law exists.
