DAIRY AND FOOD COMMISSIONER (EXCERPT) Act 211 of 1893 289.49 Annual report to governor; contents. Sec.

19.The published annual report of the dairy and food commissioner which shall be made to the governor, shall include a complete accounting of all moneys received by the department from every source, and the amount expended by the department.
