MAPLE SYRUP (EXCERPT) Act 280 of 1996 289.533 Violation as misdemeanor; penalty. Sec.

3.A person who violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, a fine of not more than $100.00, or both.
