Text
1.Transportation of fireworks.
A person may not transport fireworks in a motor vehicle or conveyance except as permitted by the rules adopted by the commissioner.
2.Penalty.
A person who violates this section commits a Class E crime.
3.Strict liability.
Violation of this section is a strict liability crime as defined in Title 17‑A, section 34, subsection 4‑A.
