1.Establishment; duties; administration. The State Resilience Office is established within the office. The State Resilience Office shall coordinate and assist implementation of the State's resilience policies and activities designed to improve resistance to extreme weather events; collaborate with state agencies, county, municipal and tribal governments, regional councils and county, local and tribal emergency management agencies and other stakeholders to harmonize policy objectives and implementation of resilience policies and activities designed to improve resistance to extreme weather events across all levels of government; promote natural hazard risk management across all levels of government; assist county, municipal and tribal governments in this State to manage risks from extreme w
