Text
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.
1.Director.
"Director" means the Director of the Maine Office of Community Affairs appointed pursuant to section 3203.
1-A.
Growth management program.
"Growth management program" has the same meaning as in Title 30‑A, section 4301, subsection 9.
1-B.
Growth-related capital investment.
"Growth-related capital investment" has the same meaning as in Title 30‑A, section 4301, subsection 5‑B.
1-C.
Multimunicipal region.
"Multimunicipal region" has the same meaning as in Title 30‑A, section 4301, subsection 11‑A.
2.Office.
"Office" means the Maine Office of Community Affairs established by section 3202.
3.Regional council.
"Regional council" has the same meaning as in Title 30‑A,
