§ 5 §18502 — Application
Maine·Title 5 ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES AND SERVICES·Part 20 STATE RETIREMENT SYSTEM·Ch. 425 PARTICIPATING LOCAL DISTRICTS
1.Written application.
In order to receive a benefit under this article, the person must apply in writing to the chief executive officer in the format specified by the chief executive officer.
2.Approval.
The written application must be approved by the chief executive officer.
