§ 5 §18459 — Interchangeable benefits for law enforcement officers
Maine·Title 5 ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES AND SERVICES·Part 20 STATE RETIREMENT SYSTEM·Ch. 425 PARTICIPATING LOCAL DISTRICTS
Any service retirement benefits earned by a law enforcement officer under this article which are substantially similar or equal are interchangeable.
