§ 5 §18409 — Payment from certain funds
Maine·Title 5 ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES AND SERVICES·Part 20 STATE RETIREMENT SYSTEM·Ch. 425 PARTICIPATING LOCAL DISTRICTS
All benefits payable under this chapter must be paid from the Retirement Allowance Fund, except those payable from the Members' Contribution Fund or as specifically provided in this chapter.
