§ 5 §18402 — Eligibility for benefits
Maine·Title 5 ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES AND SERVICES·Part 20 STATE RETIREMENT SYSTEM·Ch. 425 PARTICIPATING LOCAL DISTRICTS
Only members of the Participating Local District Retirement Program or their spouses, surviving spouses, children, dependent children, parents or beneficiaries are eligible to receive benefits from the Participating Local District Retirement Program.
