Text
The chief fiscal officer of a participating local district shall, in order to assist in the administration of the Participating Local District Retirement Program:
1.Information.
Submit to the board whatever information about the employees of the participating local district the board prescribes; and
2.Duties.
Cause to be performed whatever duties, with respect to the employees of the participating local district, that the board prescribes.
