§ 5 §17252 — Employer contribution
Maine·Title 5 ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES AND SERVICES·Part 20 STATE RETIREMENT SYSTEM·Ch. 421 GENERAL PROVISIONS
On account of each member, the State and each participating local district shall pay annually into the Retirement Allowance Fund an amount equal to a certain percentage of the annual earnable compensation of employees.
