§ 5 §17251 — Establishment
Maine·Title 5 ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES AND SERVICES·Part 20 STATE RETIREMENT SYSTEM·Ch. 421 GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Retirement Allowance Fund is established in which must be accumulated all reserves required for the payment of benefits under this Part, other than reserves in the Members' Contribution Fund.
