Text
1.False advertising.
A debt management service provider may not engage in this State in false or misleading advertising concerning the terms and conditions of any services or assistance offered.
2.Dissemination; no liability.
This section does not impose liability on the owner or personnel of any medium in which an advertisement appears or through which an advertisement is disseminated.
