§ 32 §6155 — Effects of violations on rights of parties

1.Violation of subchapter; unfair practices; civil penalty.
An operator that violates any provision of this subchapter or any rule adopted by the administrator or that through any unfair, unconscionable or deceptive practice causes actual damage to a customer, is subject to the following:
2.Penalty.
A person who establishes a cash-dispensing machine pursuant to this subchapter without having filed notice with the administrator is guilty of a Class E crime.
