1.Initial operation; notice. Prior to the date of the initial operation of any cash-dispensing machine, the operator shall provide the following information to the administrator for the purpose of registering the cash-dispensing machine:

The operator is in violation of this section if the operator fails to promptly provide adequate documentation to and upon request of the administrator or if the documentation is determined to be incomplete or inaccurate. The administrator shall inform the operator of any such failure or discrepancy under this subsection and shall inform the operator of the penalty established in accordance with subsection 6.

The administrator may impose a fine of $5 per day on any person failing to comply with the requirements of this section.
