Text
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.
1.Board.
"Board" means the State Board of Examiners of Psychologists.
2.Mental illness.
"Mental illness" means a clinically significant behavioral or psychological syndrome or pattern that occurs in an individual and that is typically associated with either a painful symptom or impairment in one or more important areas of functioning.
