1.Membership; terms; removal.
The board consists of 9 members appointed by the Governor as follows:
2.Terms.
Terms of the members of the board are for 5 years. A person who has served 10 years or more on a dental examining board in this State is not eligible for appointment to the board. A member may be removed by the Governor for cause.
3.Quorum; chair; vice-chair.
