Text

In all cases when a fair minimum wage and benefits have been established, the contract between the public authority and the successful bidder must contain a provision requiring the successful bidder and all subcontractors of the successful bidder to pay a rate or rates of wages and benefits that are not less than the fair minimum wage and benefits.
