Text
The council shall prepare and adopt a biennial budget for presentation to the Governor and the Legislature as a request for appropriations sufficient to carry out its statutory responsibilities. The council may accept contributions of any type from any source to assist it in carrying out its responsibilities and to make arrangements regarding the administration of these funds as may be required as a condition precedent to the receipt of these funds by the Federal Government or any other source.
The council may employ an executive director who shall be the principal administrative and executive employee of the council.
