§ 22 §2430-M — Voluntary surrender and destruction

A registered caregiver, dispensary, cannabis testing facility or manufacturing facility may elect to voluntarily surrender cannabis plants, cannabis or cannabis products to the department for destruction under the following conditions.
1.Request.
A registered caregiver's, dispensary's, cannabis testing facility's or manufacturing facility's request to surrender cannabis plants, cannabis or cannabis products to the department for destruction must be made on a form made available by the department and must be signed by a person who certifies that the person is an authorized representative of the registered caregiver, dispensary, cannabis testing facility or manufacturing facility.
2.Investigation or prosecution.
