§ 22 §1705 — Individuals may select own physician

Maine·Title 22 HEALTH AND WELFARE·Part 4 HOSPITALS AND MEDICAL CARE·Ch. 401 GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Title may not be construed to empower or authorize the department or its representative to interfere in any manner with the right of an individual to select the physician or mode of treatment of the individual's choice, as long as sanitary laws, rules and regulations are complied with.
