§ 15 §1318 — Prosecuting attorneys
For purposes of this chapter, the term "prosecuting attorney" means:
1.Attorney General.
"Attorney General" where a criminal prosecution is brought by the Attorney General; and
2.District Attorney.
"District Attorney" where a criminal prosecution is brought by a District Attorney.
