§ 14 §8911 — Transitional provision
Maine·Title 14 COURT PROCEDURE -- CIVIL·Part 7 PARTICULAR PROCEEDINGS·Ch. 761 UNIFORM REGISTRATION OF CANADIAN MONEY JUDGMENTS ACT
This Act applies to the registration of a Canadian judgment entered in a proceeding that is commenced in Canada on, before or after January 1, 2023.
