1.Notice served on person against whom judgment registered.
A person that registers a Canadian judgment under section 8904 shall cause notice of registration to be served, in the same manner that a summons and complaint must be served pursuant to the Maine Rules of Civil Procedure, on the person against whom the judgment has been registered.
