§ 14 §2706 — Disclosure sworn to
Maine·Title 14 COURT PROCEDURE -- CIVIL·Part 5 PROVISIONAL REMEDIES; SECURITY·Ch. 501 TRUSTEE PROCESS
The disclosure, when completed and subscribed by the trustee, shall be sworn to by him in open court or before a notary public.
