§ 13-C §943 — Effect of foreign nonprofit domestication and conversion
1.Effect of domestication and conversion.
When a domestication and conversion of a foreign nonprofit corporation to a domestic business corporation, referred to in this subsection as the "corporation," becomes effective:

The owner liability of a member of a foreign nonprofit corporation that domesticates and converts to a domestic business corporation is as provided in this subsection.
