Text
As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.
1.Natural organic reduction.
"Natural organic reduction" means the contained accelerated conversion of human remains to soil.
2.Natural organic reduction facility.
"Natural organic reduction facility" means a building or structure or a room or other space in a building or structure or real property where natural organic reduction is facilitated and occurs.
