1.Written appraisal notice; form.
If a proposed corporate action requiring appraisal rights under section 1302 becomes effective, a corporation must send a written appraisal notice and the form required by subsection 2, paragraph A to all shareholders who satisfied the requirements of section 1322‑A. In the case of a merger under section 1105, the parent shall send an appraisal notice and form to all record shareholders who may be entitled to assert appraisal rights.
