Text
1.Effect.
Any merger or consolidation under this section shall take effect when the articles of merger or consolidation are filed with the Secretary of State, or on the date specified in the articles of merger or consolidation, not to exceed 60 days after the filing date, if the articles of merger or consolidation so provide.
2.Merger or consolidation effected.
When such merger or consolidation has been effected:
