§ 13 §2733 — Treasurer's powers and duties
Maine·Title 13 CORPORATIONS·Part 2 CORPORATIONS WITHOUT CAPITAL·Ch. 91 PROPRIETORS OF LANDS AND WHARVES
The treasurer may sue for and collect all debts due to the proprietors and shall render the treasurer's account of all moneys received and paid; and the treasurer shall hold the office during their pleasure.
