§ 13 §2732 — Officers sworn
Maine·Title 13 CORPORATIONS·Part 2 CORPORATIONS WITHOUT CAPITAL·Ch. 91 PROPRIETORS OF LANDS AND WHARVES
The clerk, treasurer, assessors and collector shall be sworn by the moderator or a dedimus justice, and the clerk shall record the votes passed at all meetings.
