1.Exhibit on demand. When any person is engaged in an activity that is licensed under marine resources' laws, that person shall have that license in that person's actual possession. At the request of a marine patrol officer or other authorized person, the person shall exhibit that person's license. 1-A. Photo identification. When a person is engaged in an activity for which a license is required under section 6302‑A, subsection 3, paragraph E, E‑1, F or G or section 6505‑A, that person shall have a government-issued identification card with that person's photograph and date of birth in that person's actual possession.
