§ 12 §12753 — Screens
Maine·Title 12 CONSERVATION·Part 13 INLAND FISHERIES AND WILDLIFE·Ch. 925 FISH AND WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AND RESEARCH
1.Commissioner's authority.
The commissioner may:

A person may not take up, destroy or injure any screen installed pursuant to this section, unless the person is duly authorized by the commissioner.
3.Penalty.
The following penalties apply to violations of subsection 2.
