§ 12 §12751 — Commissioner's authority relating to culture and research
Maine·Title 12 CONSERVATION·Part 13 INLAND FISHERIES AND WILDLIFE·Ch. 925 FISH AND WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AND RESEARCH
1.Setting apart waters.
The commissioner may by rule, pursuant to section 10104, subsection 1, set apart, for a term not to exceed 10 years, any inland water for use by the State in conducting work on fish culture and scientific research relative to fish.
