Text
1.Prohibition.
A person may not fish in any pond or in that portion of any river or stream subject to the authority of the Maine Indian Tribal-State Commission created by Title 30, Part 4 in violation of the rules or regulations of the commission.
2.Penalty.
The following penalties apply to violations of this section.
