§ 12 §11654 — Unlawful possession of gift moose
Maine·Title 12 CONSERVATION·Part 13 INLAND FISHERIES AND WILDLIFE·Ch. 915 HUNTING: SEASONS, REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS
A person may not possess any part or parts of a moose given to that person unless that gift moose is plainly labeled with the name of the person who registered it and the year the moose was registered by that person. A person who violates this section commits a Class E crime.
