1.Areas open to moose hunting.
The commissioner may designate by rule areas of the State open to moose hunting.
2.Moose management.
To effectively manage the moose herd in the State, the commissioner may by rule establish:
Rules adopted under this section are routine technical rules as defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2‑A.
