§ 12 §11551 — Commissioner authority regarding moose
Maine·Title 12 CONSERVATION·Part 13 INLAND FISHERIES AND WILDLIFE·Ch. 915 HUNTING: SEASONS, REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS
The commissioner may issue applications for moose hunting permits, issue permits and make all rules pertaining to moose hunting permits, including provisions for the permittees who are selected for a permit but unable to use the permit. The commissioner may make all other rules that the commissioner considers necessary for the protection of the moose resource.
