§ 12 §10758 — Possession of altered license or permit
Maine·Title 12 CONSERVATION·Part 13 INLAND FISHERIES AND WILDLIFE·Ch. 913 GENERAL LICENSE AND PERMIT PROVISIONS
A person may not possess a paper or electronic license or permit issued under this Part that has been altered, tampered with or mutilated in any manner.
A person who violates this section commits a Class E crime.
