Text

Section 90C. The commissioner of food and agriculture shall establish official grades of eggs sold, offered for sale, exposed or advertised for sale, at retail, within the commonwealth, and may from time to time modify such grades. Before establishing or modifying any such grades the commissioner shall after reasonable notice setting forth the date, place and purpose, hold a public hearing.
