Text
Section 147A. The department of public health may make regulations for the inspection of game, poultry, and other meat except that of cattle, sheep or swine, intended for sale or exchange for use as food, and as to the conditions under which such game, poultry and other meat may be handled, stored, sold or exchanged. Whoever violates any provision of such a regulation shall be punished by a fine of not more than fifty dollars.
