Section 143. No person shall manufacture, sell, or offer or expose for sale, sausages or sausage meat containing any material or substance which would render the same adulterated within the meaning of section one hundred and forty-two. Whoever violates any provision of this section shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars.
