§ 117J — Enforcement of provisions of Secs. 117G to 117K; powers of commissioner; rules and regulations

Section 117J. The commissioner shall enforce the provisions of sections one hundred and seventeen G to one hundred and seventeen K, inclusive. He or a duly authorized representative, shall have free access, ingress and egress during business hours to any building or other place where potatoes are packed, stored, transported, sold, offered or exposed for sale or for transportation. He or a duly authorized representative may also, open any box, barrel or other container containing potatoes and examine the contents thereof, and may, upon tendering the market price, take samples therefrom. The commissioner shall make and publish uniform rules and regulations for carrying out the provisions of said sections one hundred and seventeen G to one hundred and seventeen L, inclusive.
